Currency and Money<\/strong><\/h3>\n

The official currency in Croatia is the kuna, which consists of 100 lipa. Money can be exchanged in banks, exchange offices and post offices, as well as in many travel agencies, hotels and camps. Also, most of the shops use credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners …).<\/p>\n

To stay in Croatia, the European Union citizens require a valid identity card or a passport in majority of other cases. For further information, please contact diplomatic missions and consular offices abroad, or visit the Croatian Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs website.<\/p>\n
